Innovative Mindset

The Innovative Mindset is an interactive program designed to help attendees tap into their creative problem-solver, shut down the "instant no," find more room for collaboration and new connections, and help train our brains to get out of the thought-ruts we've carved for ourselves in order to make space for innovation!

Spiderweb

Network Spider

Networking can feel creepy or terrifying to so many people – how do we even start and how do we connect to and build our network in a way that is genuine, organic, and builds real connections?  Bring us in to teach your team about the Network Spider. This is a program focused on the practical: identifying your network, creating individualized plans for expanding and developing that network, and learning and practicing some of the skills of rainmaking and building your book of business through experiential collaborative activities.

Leadership Coaching Intensive

This program is specifically designed to help those who may not want individual executive coaching but do want to dive into how to be a bit better in their leadership presence.

This is a unique, interative, and experiential take on coaching, and we will cover how to get better leading where you are, personal growth, work in groups to solve challenges, and talk through the "Bad Leader's Checklist."

Superb Speaking Skills

We repeatedly hear that people would rather be in the casket than giving the eulogy.

Let's work together in this 3-hour program (best split into 2 1.5 hr sessions) to learn some presentation structures and the importance of body language and tone, and develop speaking confidence, all while practicing with fun activities and supportive feedback.

Time Management, Goals, & Priorities

Storytelling Mastery

Studies show that organizations with leaders who are strong storytellers have team members who are connected to their workplace and their work's purpose.  In addition, we can connect to others across contexts by being willing and able to share a story.  It is also the base skill behind being confident and comfortable public speakers.  Storytelling is a powerful, compelling, humanizing skill, and we will work together to learn, activate, and become comfortable with our inner storyteller.

Embracing the Pivot

Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable.

Change is now the constant, and we need to develop our resilience and ability to pivot with whatever new thing comes our way and changes our direction.  Let's work together on building this crucial skill.

Improvising Effective Communication

Throughout my years as a consultant, the one key thing I have seen in most struggling teams or companies is the need for better communication.

Cut the problems off before they start by making sure that your team members can comunicate confidently in all directions, are excellent listeners (and learn why that particular skill is essential), and discover how to handle hard conversations, all while folding in experiential learning and applied improv.
