Our Current Programs
For Teams and Individuals

Looking for more information on the signature group program options that we can bring to your teams or staff?

Or want to join one of our quarterly options on your own?

Check out the details below, or contact us to design something unique to train your team on a specific skill.

Stand up for Success

Whenever I tell someone that I do stand-up, their response tends to be “you’re so brave.”

I’m a “small-town” comic, but the skills I have learned from doing stand-up have helped me embrace and step-over so many of my fears, helping me become a confident public speaker and engaged conversationalist and team member, finding my “personal failure support network,” and comfortable jumping into new experiences.

And these skills can be learned and carried forward by other people as well.  Let’s laugh together and learn about fear, failure, support, and bravery!  (Multiple formats for this program are available; contact us for more information and the right structure for your group or team.)

Applied Improv for Career Development

Ever heard about improv comedy and the power of “yes, and”?

The base skills of improv comedy as utilized in our lives, careers, and personal development become “Applied Improv,” and when we twist those to our career development, we find out how to collaborate, tackle even tricky interviews and networking situations, become comfortable speaking with people in a wide variety of settings, and build the confidence to tackle our professional development in a creative and unique way.  Let’s build your career skills together!

Nice to (re)Meet You

Bringing your remote workers together for a first or infrequent face-to-face program and want a fun and interactive program to help break the ice and get them to make some in-person memories and bonds? We have developed the perfect program for our remote workers who need to (re)meet each other!

Spiderweb

Network Spider

Networking can feel creepy or terrifying to so many people – how do we even start and how do we connect to and build our network in a way that is genuine, organic, and builds real connections?  Bring us in to teach your team about the Network Spider. This is a program focused on the practical: identifying your network, creating individualized plans for expanding and developing that network, and learning and practicing some of the skills of rainmaking and building your book of business through experiential collaborative activities.

TtT: Applied Improv

The most fun train the trainer experience you could have: learning the basics of improv comedy, applied improv, and designing and delivering experiential programs. Improv is for everyone, and we are not interested in hiding the joyful secrets to our success in experiential facilitation – let us teach your trainers how to make your trainings memorable, engaging, fun, and unique! (As a heads-up: this one is a 2-day program; we will work with you on the best scheduling for your team).

Un-Awkward Networking

Are in-person networking experiences feeling awkward, overwhelming, boring, or you need to teach a group of professional students the skills of networking in a real-life experience?

We’ve spent some time coming up with a networking event that you can drop into your professional school setting, alumni event, chamber of commerce, etc., based in applied improv that helps attendees make as many connections as possible in a highly interactive program that allows attendees to laugh, play, and leave with a whole new crew of contacts!

Storytelling: First Person Powerful

Studies show that organizations with leaders who are strong storytellers have team members who are connected to their workplace and their work's purpose.  In addition, we can connect to others as a sales person, student looking for a job, fundraiser, or even a neighbor by being willing and able to share a story.  It is also the base skill behind being confident and comfortable public speakers.  Storytelling is a powerful, compelling, humanizing skill, and we will work together to learn, activate, and become comfortable with our inner storyteller.

Virtual Facilitation

Welcome to the newest addition to the MSC curriculum.

This course was created due to popular demand -- we have had a number of private 1-1 clients in the last year who wanted specific coaching on becoming better virtual facilitators, and with that much demand, we determined that a regular group course might be needed!

While we will briefly touch on some of the technical aspects of online facilitation techniques in this 6 week course (6 total hours), we will primarily focus on the human aspect: engaging attendees, leading meetings and activities, understanding online presence, and overcoming common facilitation or speaking fears that can hold us back.

This course is highly interactive.

Interactive, experiential program.
